My primary camera, the Nikon D5100, is a fantastic entry-level DSLR that has served me incredibly well. It's a budget-friendly option that punches above its weight, proving that you can achieve professional-looking results without breaking the bank. It’s a reliable companion for capturing street photography, nature, and cityscapes across Adelaide.
Versatile lenses for every perspective
To complement the D5100, I use a versatile pair of lenses. The Nikon 70-300mm is perfect for bringing distant subjects closer, ideal for wildlife or capturing details in cityscapes. My everyday lens is the 15-50mm, offering a great range for general photography, from wider street scenes to closer portraits. Together, they provide flexibility for various photographic styles.
